The Iโm OK project

Mental health has never been more important. Iโm OK is a series of photographs and words from North East photographer and storyteller, Richard Eyers and the people that he meets. The words are their own; what they have chosen to share. They are unedited. Each portrait is inspired by conversation and the words that have been shared.
Exhibition in the Minersโ Hall cinema room, with talks at points through the day.

Andrew Mears has led a call for 100 poets from the NE to produce a book of 100 poems about homelessness. This has helped support homelessness charities all over the North East and is growing into community led talks, fundraisers and awareness meetings.
